►AUTOMATIC PRO MODS CONTINGENCY PROGRAM

The following fine companies have posted contingency for APMA racers in 2007:

¹  Minimum purchase of $10,000

² Only on new purchases from Eagle Racing Engines Direct.

* Must have proof of purchase.

** $5000 minimum cart purchased after 2/1/06

*** Must be purchased after 2/1/06

This list may change periodically, so please check back often.

• Racers must obtain decals direct from the manufacturers.
• Decals MUST be on the car before qualifying and remain on car for the entire event.
• Winners and R/U's will need to fill out a Contingency Checklist Form, signed by an APMA official that both the decal and the "parts" are on the car.
• APMA will submit the completed forms to the appropriate contingency sponsors, who will pay the racers directly. APMA is not responsible for non-payment of contingency.
• Unless otherwise directed, all contingency winners need to have both the parts and the decals on the cars.
• Some contingency sponsors may require invoices or proof of purchase prior to payment.
• Contingency payouts may be in the form of cash, products or gift certificates at sponsor's sole discretion.
• The acceptance of any contingency award from a specific sponsor will allow that sponsor to use a photo of the recipient's car for advertising and promotional purposes without additional permission.
• All Contingency forms MUST be completed before event conclusion.
